Dr. Timothy M. Reed is currently serving as the Assistant Principal at H.H. Beam Elementary. Dr. Reed earned his BA in History from Hanover College, Indiana in 1995. D. Reed earned his BS in Education from Indiana University, Indiana in 1996. Dr. Reed earned his MA in School Administration from Gardner-Webb University in the spring of 2008. In the spring of 2014, Dr. Reed earned his Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Gardner-Webb University. Dr. Reed has taught both seventh and eighth grades at Shelby Middle School and Kings Mountain Middle School for a total of 12 years. Dr. Reed is a past Fulbright-Hays Scholar with the United States Department of Education to Ghana, West Africa, and is presently a National Board Certified Teacher in Early Adolescence Social Studies. Dr. Reed has served as an Assistant Principal of the Ninth Grade Academy at North ��èAV��Ƶ High School, an Assistant Principal at William C. Friday Middle School, Rhyne Elementary School, Bessemer City Central, Bessemer City Primary, East ��èAV��Ƶ High School, Warlick Academy, and most recently ��èAV��Ƶ Virtual Academy. Dr. Reed currently resides in Kings Mountain, NC, with his loving wife Amy, his son Jamie, and his daughter Carter Grace.
